Never before has there been such a great need for knowledge and awareness about our bodies – not just the physical aspects but the psychological and spiritual aspects, too. Pollution, low quality food products and stress are just some of the reasons for the increased demand in treatment and training.
The Body-sds training system has been under development by Bengt Valentino Andersen since 1982. This work focuses particularly on enhancing posture and breathing. The movement patterns in Cufei training are basically the same as in treatment. This training was originally developed to support and follow-up on specific treatments. The goal of the training system and work is to develop the body and the individual in order to re-establish understanding and thereby responsibility for our own health and balance.

Cufei training
Cufei training, formerly known as Body-sds Basic Training, focuses especially on breathing and posture. This integrated training program begins with basic training: training of the whole body where breathing is cantered and muscles, joints and the body’s energy paths are relaxed and activated. Basic training opens the body and is a warm-up for the subsequent flexing and expanding exercises which work even deeper with the entire body.

Pafei training
Pafei training or power training works with the body and breathing and is based on the same principles as Cufei training. In addition, emphasis is placed on tempo, explosion and raw strength.
