Pafei Power Training
Do you like weight training and if you want to tighten your buttocks, thighs and upper arms then Pafei is for you. And, if you enjoy sports and training that involves explosion and acceleration then Pafei will supplement your training perfectly.
Training Type
Pafei is the right form of training to supplement or replace traditional weight training. Pafei starts by first building up the nervous system, joints and tendons before building up the muscle fibers. The whole body is used in all the exercises. This gives a more defined muscle and with stronger muscle fibers. Many different types of equipment can be used in Pafei but most of the training will take place without equipment and instead use your own body weight. The frequency of training can be up to five times per week and this is recommended for people who are willing to train intensively and powerfully.
Who can participate?
Anyone can participate from the age of 15 years and up to 60-70 years who are in good health. Duration: 75 minutes.

Pafei is perfect for improving back and shoulder posture and can also be used to strengthen a weak back and straighten poor posture.
