Cufei Training
Purpose
The purpose of Cufei training is to expand one’s ability to use the entire human organism as one entity, where the consciousness works together with the nervous system which in turn stimulates the muscles and blood circulation. Along the way we will work a lot with breathing. This work will help you become aware of your body’s limits thereby enabling you to move beyond those limits. This helps create a truly flexible body while balancing the inner organs to release toxins and break through mental barriers.
Training
The first hour of training begins with a thorough review of the muscles and joints combined with centering and coordinating of the body and breathing. These exercises will be repeated again and again so that every participant realizes centering and coordination of their own life energy. All of the exercises strengthen the body’s skeletal and structure and muscles and, at the same time, is a warm-up for the following flexing and releasing exercises. There will also be breathing exercises, with flexing and releasing of the breathing apparatus during the process.
The second hour of training consists of flexibility, breathing and massage exercises (yoga exercises) where you will learn to influence your own limits by feeling muscle flexing and releasing. If time allow, we will end the training session with meditation.
Physical and mental condition
Training is recommended for persons with fairly good motor skills, who are not especially stressed mentally and for persons who wish to strengthen their immune system.
